Meet David Howard: Member of the FAPC Industry Advisory Committee

In this episode of The Food Files, David Howard of Howard Enterprises, who is originally from Northern Ireland, discusses how his business journey landed him to the United States, specifically Oklahoma. Howard got introduced to the Oklahoma State University Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center by his interest in developing food safety processes that could be used for pasteurizing meat products. Appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma Senate, Howard is one of the members of the Industry Advisory Committee who helps guide the center on the areas that are most important to the food industry.
